About Brandi
Brandi R. Muñoz (She/Her) is a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR, SHRM-SP) and Master of Career Services (CMCS) among other industry credentials with diverse experience as a Corporate Trainer, Workforce Development Consultant, and Career Coach. From 2015 to 2022, Brandi owned and operated People Culture Consulting, helping over 500+ clients with 2,500+ contact hours. Brandi now serves as a Talent Consultant for Ernst & Young.
Brandi graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Master of Arts program in Conflict Resolution with a focus on workplace mediation and negotiation. She also serves as the Diversity Officer for the Association for Conflict Resolution’s education, research, and training section. Currently, Brandi is working toward attaining a doctorate (EdD) in Organizational Leadership, focusing on conflict resolution and leadership development.
Brandi is well-known by her peers as a thought leader in the HR and Career Development space with expertise in developing and facilitating training topics related to human resources, career transition, dispute resolution, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also publishes online blogs and articles for women in leadership, career development, and strategies that foster inclusive workplaces.
